Retail  Order

Many  items are available for retail purchase.  You can order from  Online Store  menu, add to cart and complete  payment by PayPal.

Term of Payment.

  • For retail  online store, we accept Paypal for payment.
  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.

Shipping and Handling Time.

  • Free for shipping and handling  WORLDWIDE
  • Normally handling time 1-5 working days
  • Any special request cannot be accepted  after 24 hours of payment, because most of orders will be processed instantly and same day dispatched.
  • The package will be shipped directly via epacket airmail  with  tracking number 21-30 days  or less than to delivery.
  • We are not responsible for unclaimed or undeliverable. If you need to change your address. Please change it first before you pay.

Return Policy

  • In case  you receive wrong  product /  defective item upon receipt / product with quality problem,  please contact us for exchange or refund. 
  • If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased for any reason within 3 days of item receipt, you can return it for a refund. Please keep the returned item in good condition. Buyer is responsible  for return shipping cost.
  • In case of unclaimed and you need us to re ship. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • In case you want to cancel the order after it has been shipped.  When the order was arrived you ,please  refuse to accept.  And when the order is returning to sender we will issue partial  refund (deduction of shipping cost) for you.

Term of Order.

  • Apart from the flower list on our website, you can also request a catalogue from by sending  email to: sale@adynex.com 
  • Specify us  item name and quantity that you would like to order with your additional information (such as your destination address/zip code/shipping method)  to get the quotation.
  • We can make any customized products as per your design, size & specifications
  • We will  send you a personal  quotation  for your final approval then we  will send the pro forma invoice.

Term of Payment.

  • For wholesale Payment could be done via bank transfer or PayPal or Payoneer.
  • For order below USD$ 1,500, We will require 100 % payment in advance.
  • For order over USD $ 1,500 , We will require 60% deposit on order confirmation and remaining balance payment before shipping.
  • Production will start after payment confirmation.
  • Lead time is depend on order detail (Duration varies by quantity, seasonal period, order queue, product type).
  • Please pay all bank charges outside India , Including correspondent bank charges.

Ordering completion

  • Our sales person will inform you the loading date.
  • We will require remaining balance payment before we load your order.
  • Once we receive the payment, We will courier you all the shipping documents.
